Processing & Shipping Times

Wick & Wonder candles are made from 100% soy wax, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly burn. 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We use trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wickandwonderllc.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final and cannot be returned. This includes keepsake candles, as they are custom-made. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.

Wonders of the Past Digitalization Service Shipping

For customers using our Wonders of the Past photo digitalization service, detailed shipping instructions will be provided after purchase. You will receive a shipping box with a prepaid return label to send your photos safely to our headquarters. Please follow all packaging instructions carefully to ensure your precious memories arrive securely.
