What Type of Photos Can Be Digitized?

Digitizing your photos guarantees that your memories will be preserved and easily accessible for years to come. But which types of photos can be converted into digital format? At Wick & Wonder, we provide professional scanning services for a variety of printed photo types and sizes.

Accepted Photo Formats

We can digitize the following:

Standard Printed Photos
Glossy, matte, black & white, or color — we scan them all.

Polaroids & Vintage Prints
Old family snapshots, vintage paper prints, and Polaroid images are all welcome.

Panoramas, Postcards, and Large Formats
We scan prints up to 8" x 10" in size, making it easy to preserve everything from wide panoramic shots to keepsake postcards.

Note: All photos must be loose and removed from albums or frames before sending.

Photo Restrictions

While we do our best to accommodate a variety of images, there are a few limitations:

Damaged Photos
Severely torn, water-damaged, or heavily faded photos may not yield the best results, though we’re happy to assess them individually.

Framed Photos
We cannot scan photos that are still in frames.

Photos in Albums
Please remove all photos from albums. Scanning through plastic or thick pages affects image clarity and quality.
